Where to start!

Hi everyone.

I'm so excited to be writing my first ever blog! I've come a long way to get here and I wanted to share with you support and advice on a number of topics to help you on your Self Care journey.


I've struggled with mental health, depression, anxiety and generally everyday life for many years, but the past few years I've found the tools and techniques, as well as the products to help.


My dream is to have sole income from my business, or even to just need a two or three day part time job. I don't want to do the daily grind anymore, and you can have your dream too.


Practicing meditation, mindfullness, breathwork, using crystals and meditation can help ground your mind and emotions so you can energetically connect with your higher and true self. Change isn't easy but you never move forward staying where you are, and as a good friend of mine has said....

'Is the pain of staying the same greater than the pain of change'


So if I can do it, so can you. This is my message to reach out and ask for help and support as well as investing in your wellbeing and mental health and helping to raise the awareness of the struggles, especially for those struggling with neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD.
